I have been a licensed cosmetologist in Austin since 1982. I obtained my license at Travis High School (go Rebels!) through a VOE program and actually had my cosmetology license before my diploma. Since then, I have had the pleasure of making people feel good and look fabulous. I am proud to call myself your hair therapist. I am here to serve your every hair need, specializing in long hair, short hair, color/highlighting, and awesome haircuts. Along with great conversation, I am at your service. Most of my years have been spent in the wonderful world of downtown Austin. I have worked with many fantastic stylists throughout the years and have learned so much. I have taken many continuing education classes, plus traveled to hair shows around the country, to stay on top of what’s hot on all the wonderful products, new color lines, styling tools, etc. After many years of hard work, I have built a clientele who have become not only wonderful clients and friends, but part of my life. All have encouraged me, and without them, I would not have succeeded. In 2016, I was blessed with the opportunity to open my own salon, then blessed with other highly skilled stylists to work with. At Two Wild Sisters’ Hair Studio, we are a family. I firmly believe the key to doing great hair is communication. I take all the time needed to make every consultation with my clients the most important part of my service to them. Working together, we will determine exactly what you want (and often we discover what you don’t want). The result will be that look that is uniquely and beautifully you.
Orion was born and raised in Austin and attended Dripping springs high school. Growing up in a salon , Orion decided to follow in his mothers footsteps and become a hairstylist. I am a native central Texan who grew up near Kerrville but have lived in the Austin area for the last 24 years. I have spent almost all of that time working in the medical field, focusing mainly on veterinary surgery or in human orthopedics. Working in the physically demanding field of veterinary medicine, I found regular massage very beneficial in preventing injury or relieving minor muscle aches and pains. Bodywork became a strong interest a couple of years ago, and after a little encouragement from friends and family, I decided to go to massage school. I am constantly honing my skills in bodywork with high focus on myofascial release, sports massage, and client education to the benefits of massage for a healthy lifestyle.
